Job Description
Human Resources Generalist
Job Purpose The position seeks to provide expert frontline Human Resource operational support to ultimately offer comprehensive and value-adding advice, support and solutions to one of our partners in the Mining Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Drives Performance Management
• Facilitates employee engagement
• Coordinates implementation of employment equity targets/plans
• Manages Recruitment Process
• Manages employee relations
• Safety, Health and Environmental effectiveness
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in the Human Resources Field.
• Experience in the Mining Industry a MUST.
• At least 3 years experience in the same role.
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Must be flexible to travel within the country where required to give support across multiple sites, and in some circumstances be able to provide support across multiple areas of specialism.
