Duties & Responsibilities
• Providing proactive H.R Advise
• Developing H.R strategies and policies
• Recruitment and selection
• Identifying training needs for the organization and for individuals
• Payroll administration
• Managing staff wellness initiatives
• Providing day to day performance Management
• Improving relations between staff and employers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• HR or social science degree and IPMZ Diploma
• Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean labour law
• Minimum of 10 years of working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong consulting skills
