Assist in manpower planning, recruiting, training, and developing of staff,
❖ Assist in processing Payroll, pensions and benefits administration,
❖ Assist in monitoring staff performance, attendance, health and general employee welfare,
❖ Assist Head in all human capital related activities and provide necessary secretarial support,
❖ Keep Human Capital Empowerment (HCE) records and support the development, implementation of HR initiatives and systems,
❖ Adhering with HCE Quality Management Systems (QMS).
HND in HRM, IPMZ or equivalent with 1 year post qualification experience
