Job Description

Applications are invited from youthful, self-motivated and energetic candidates
to fill in the above position that has arisen in the Security Guard Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the recruitment and selection of personnel to join the organization
• Recommending changes to the company policies, procedures and forms for the
HR Department
• Assisting employees and managers in the interpretation and application of HR
policies, Code of Conduct and labour laws
• Supervision of the operations of the company staff canteen
• Supervision of the payroll and reviewing all payroll policies
• Coordinating performance appraisals
• Coordinating employee grievance and disciplinary handling issues in accordance
with the applicable laws and regulations
• Preparation of employment contracts for employees and ensuring that all contracts
are up to date according to legislation as well as contract expiry/renewal dates
• Coordinating employee safety issues in accordance with the Company Health and
Safety Policy and ensure compliance with NSSA and other applicable regulations
• Coordinate in-house and external training of employees and maintaining the
skills inventory file up to date.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree from any recognized University
• Diploma in Human Resources or any relevant postgraduate qualification
• At least 5 years working experience
• Must be a results-oriented person
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be a person of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality
• Previous sales experience is an added advantage
• Must be between 25-35 years of age.
