• Compiling, reviewing, drafting, updating and collating human resources policies and procedures manual for the organization.
• A relevant bachelor of social science degree. • Diploma in personnel management • At least four years human resources management experience. • High level computer literacy. • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. • Team player and ability to work under minimal supervision. • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001standards
