Department Of Industrial Training Hereby Invites Applications From Suitably Qualified And Mature Candidates For The Following Vacant Post That Has Arisen
Human Capital Planning and Skills Development Officer (Grade D2/ D3), automotive industry: Bulawayo Regional Office, reports to Regional Registrar.
Duties and responsibilities
• Conducting apprentices and skilled workers' theory and practical trade tests
• Carrying out apprenticeship inspections
• Carrying out career guidance sessions
• Conducting training facilities' appraisals and inspections
• Must be a holder of journeyman class 1 certificate in Motor Mechanic (including Diesel & Tractor Mechanic)
• Must be apprenticeship trained
• Holder of National Certificate in Motor Mechanic
• Relevant higher qualifications will be an added advantage
• A clean class 4 driver's licence would be an advantage
• Must have a minimum of 3 years post apprenticeship working experience in the trade as a Motor Mechanic(To include Diesel & Tractor Mechanic)
