First Mutual Graduate Development Program
Exciting opportunities have arisen within the First Mutual Holdings Group for recent university graduates to join the First Mutual Graduate Development Program
Duties and Responsibilities
. The program runs for two years and successful applicants will undergo training in the following disciplines:
• Life Assurance
• Health Insurance
• Short-term Insurance
• Information Communication Technology
• Marketing and Sales
• Risk Management
• Audit
• Human Resources
• Property Management
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant degree with a 2.1 or better.
• Be 25 years old or below as of 1 July 2021.
• Excellent Communication skills (oral and written).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft packages.
