An exciting opportunity has arisen for young, ambitious, and highly motivated graduates to join a vibrant and fast-growing retail concern in Zimbabwe. The successful candidates will undergo an exciting 18-months Graduate Learnership Programme. The program provides outstanding graduates with an opportunity to gain work-related experience and professional skills through robust on-the-job training. Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be trained in the following areas:
1. Revenue and Profitability
2. Cost Containment
3. Asset Management
4. Customer Relationship Management
5. Store Operations Management
6. Product Merchandising
7. Stock Management
8. Reporting and
9. People Management
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
A University Degree in Retail Management/ Accounting/ Business Management/ or Economics passed with an Upper Second Class (2.1) degree class or better from a reputable University or College
At least 11 points at A levels in 3 subjects
5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Results-driven and highly adaptable.
Able to demonstrate strong passion & enthusiasm for excellence, innovation, critical thinking, commercial orientation, and problem-solving.
