Job Description
The company is looking for general workers to assist in day to day business of the organisation. Experience and knowledge of paints and painting services is an added advantage. Female candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow the batch card in relation to raw material amounts, mixing instructions, product requirements and labeling needs, making additions as required.
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and to manufacturers spec prior to use
• Warehouse unused Raw Materials.
• Prepare a raw materials order to be sent to the suppliers
• Packaging and ensure of safe storage
• And other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for preparing of raw materials and feeding them into mixing tanks
• Loading and offloading of raw materials and finished products from vehicles
• Setting up equipment and monitoring production
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining work areas and machines in good order
• Practice high SHEQ standards
• Surface Preparations
• Painting services
• Performing any other duties assigned
Qualifications and Experience
• Experience with the use of High Speed Dispersion equipment
• Experience using blending equipment
• Computer Skills essential
• Safe handling of Chemicals
• High attention to detail
• Impeccable punctuality and attendance record
. Ability to travel and stay at site for several days to several weeks
