DUTIES
• Manages overall company budget and profitability
• Strategic Planning and implementation and Business Development
• Responsibility for Senior Management Performance
• Human Resources Management
• Ensure efficient systems are in place to deliver on client expectations and overall responsibility for client experience.
• Building company brand & goodwill and championing brand values
• Stakeholder Management
REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree in either Business, Logistics, Marketing, Systems, Finance or related degree.
• Master Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 6 years experience in a similar role
• EXPERIENCE IN SHIPPING IS A MUST
