Main duties and Responsibilities
1. Greeting and assisting customer queries
2. ⁠Scheduling appointments
3. ⁠Handling billing and payments
4. ⁠Seeking authorizations.
5. ⁠Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements
1. At least 5 O levels.
2. ⁠Experience working in the medical field.
3. ⁠Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems.
4. ⁠Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures.
