Firearm instructor for a private security organisation with a large inventory of firearms deployed throughout the country.
1. Selecting candidates for firearms training
2. Training firearms handlers - theory and range practice
3. Tactical situation scenario training for firearm handlers
4. Coordinating and conducting periodic firearms refresher courses
5. Maintaining the corporate firearms register
6. Armoury administration
7. Coordinating firearms servicing and repairs
8. Developing and updating firearms policies, procedures and handling instructions
9. Coordinating the timely renewal of firearms licences
1. Firearms Instructor's certificate issued by either the Zimbabwe Republic Police or the Zimbabwe National Army.
2. At least FIVE years verifiable experience in firearms training (Strict background checks shall be conducted to verify experience, competences and discipline).
3. Good knowledge and experience with different kinds of small arms, 303 rifles and shotguns.
4. Highly disciplined and ability to self supervise.
5. Class 4 Drivers licence. Ability to ride a motorcycle an advantage
6. At least 35 years of age
