Job Description
Electrical Technician X 4
(Contract 4 months)
SUMMARY
The position is responsible for assisting the installation, testing and commissioning of the LV electrical reticulation and pump station installations.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Installation of LV underground electrical reticulation including cable jointing
• Wiring and installation of MCC boards including cable termination
• Installation of earthing and lighting protection systems
• Installation of lighting systems and small power
• Testing and commissioning of sub electrical systems KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Health and safety
* Quality Management System 1502015.
Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 5 "0" level passes including English Language and Mathematics
• Apprentice Trained Electrical Technician, Journeyman Class One
• National Certificate in electrical power engineering
• At least 3 years relevant experience in the plant environment
