Documentation Assistant: Local NGO

A Non-profit making organisation based in Harare is seeking qualified applicants for a Documentation Assistant position. The Documentation Assistant will be responsible for providing technical and professional support to document and communicate the organisation’s work. He/she will have the primary responsibility to draft, edit communication content and maintain the organization’s visibility.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum qualifications and experience
First degree in Media and Society Studies, Journalism or Communication (A Masters in Media, Development Studies an added advantage); A minimum of five years’ experience; Excellent knowledge in Desktop Publishing (Adobe InDesign or Corel Draw); Excellent skills in Photography, copy writing and editing); Ability to maintain the organisation’s visibility on social media (Website, Twitter and Facebook); Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with different stakeholders; Clean class four driver’s license
