Job Description
Divisional Human Resources Manager-Bulawayo
Reporting to the Divisional Operations Manager in the Southern Division the incumbent will inter alia be responsible
Duties and Responsibilities
the Division
• Assisting in formulation of human resource policies, procedures and systems
• Preparing and monitoring divisional human resource budget
• Identifying training and development needs and ensuring training is done according to programmes
• Ensuring all relevant labour statutes and regulations are adhered to
• Managing the recruitment and selection process for the Division
• Managing the performance
management system at division level
• Managing and maintaining the company's human resource in line with company policies
• Advising the company on market remuneration trends and competitive conditions of service
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Human Resources Management or Social Science
• Possession of any professional Human resources Management qualifications such as IPMZ is a must
• Knowledge of RBM is an added advantage
• At least 8 years post graduate experience in industry, three of which must beat management level.
• Computer literacy
