Job Description
DIRECTOR: INSTITUTE OF INCLUSIVITY, TEACHING, RESEARCH AND REHABILITATION
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the above position that has arisen in the University.
Summary of Position :The Director will be in charge of teaching, research, innovation and the industrial hub for the manufacture of assistive devices for various impairments.
Duties and Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the delivery of diversity, equity and inclusion education and support across Reformed Church University.·
Provide consultation to deans, departments and lecturers on designing and implementing department-wide and institution-wide objectives related to diversity, equity and inclusion.·
Proactively address inclusivity and diversity concerns, policy issues, or legal issues
Develop relationships with and meet regularly with leaders from all the inclusivity and diversity-related student organizations
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements·
Minimum 5 years of experience working on strategic efforts to advance the mission of equity, diversity and inclusion, some of which includes management level and supervisory experience is required.·
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering diversity, equity and inclusion ·
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching, research and administration.·
Applicants should possess a minimum of a relevant Doctoral degree.
