Digital Media Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Assistant with strong video editing skills.
The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
Good camera work
High quality video editing skills
Good Scriptwriting skills.
Ability to coordinate processes in video production
Good knowledge of post-production processes.
Social media skills
Ability to stick to deadlines

Duties and Responsibilities

Video Editing
Event Coverage (Videos & Photography)

Qualifications and Experience

Proven work experience as a cameraperson and video editor.
Good working knowledge of digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Final Cut).
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in /Journalism/Communication Studies/ Film studies/Cinematography or related field.
