We are looking for a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role of Digital Marketing Officer. Candidates should be experts on social media and web analytics understand the nuances, advantages, and shortcomings of each platform, and know-how to utilize data in formulating a campaign strategy.
Content Marketing Managers will require excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as demonstrate sound leadership and decision-making ability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities
• to write, develop, edit and publish digital content and copy for a variety of J&H CONSULTANCY SERVICES digital platforms, including the website, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media platforms including Facebook, IG, twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• To develop creative, engaging and effective digital content that reflects J&H CONSULTANCY SERVICES vision, mission, core values and strategic direction.
• To facilitate J&H CONSULTANCY SERVICES engagement with stakeholders through giving timely feedback to inquiries on J&H CONSULTANCY SERVICES social media platforms and email in consultation with relevant departments.
• To monitor trends and patterns of visits and use of the J&H CONSULTANCY SERVICES website and social media platforms and devise strategies for improving J&H CONSULTANCY SERVICES presence.
• Document and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates
• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
• Responsible for building public trust of the company’s programmes, public initiatives, community engagements, products and services.
• Proactively works to protect the image of the business to ensure alignment between business’ core values and public perception
• Managing a content marketing budget.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• A degree or Diploma in Digital Media, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Relevant qualifications in Digital Technologies or Social Media Management will be an added advantage.
• Experience in digital content production, audio/video production, graphic design or similar.
