Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the vacant post of Departmental Secretary which has risen within the Works and Housing Departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receiving visitors and attending to their queries
• Typing ordinary letters, memos, departmental documents, monthly and annual reports
• Maintaining and updating the paper and electronic filing system for the Department.
• Records incoming and outgoing mail into mail registers
• Maintaining and updating the Directors diary
• Attending and writing minutes on all Departmental meetings
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUT ES
• 5 "0". level subjects including English
• Diploma in Office Administration
• A higher qualification is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years post qualification experience in a similar role
