Job Description
Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Attends to all duties related to customers at the Bulawayo Office.
• Attends to all clients and service provider enquiries / queries.
• Markets the products.
• Participate in corporate events.
• Claims and finance duties.
• Performs any other duties as assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or similar qualifications in the customer service field.
• Must be very fluent in English, Ndebele and Shona. Ability to speak other languages is an added advantage.
• Must have a Driver’s Licence.
• Must have experience working in the medical sector such as medical aid environment, pharmacies, surgeries or working as a nurse.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Sound communication and marketing skills.
NB THIS JOB IS BASED IN BULAWAYO
