Job Description
Assessing, evaluating and recommending loan applications using credit data and financial statements as well as loan portfolio management .
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Analyse, appraise and prepare reports recommending rejection/ approval of loan applications
as per credit policy.
2. Undertaking security perfection according to credit policies.
3. Conducting project site visit monthly.
4. Managing delinquency levels in line set thresholds.
5. Recruit loan business, evaluate loan applications, write and submit reports recommending
approval/ rejection of loan applications.
6. Prepare loan documents and preside over signing of the documents.
7. Follow up loan accounts in arrears and recommend appropriate action as per credit policy.
8. Undertaking security perfection.
9. Conducting credit checks on RBZ Credit registry
10. Processing loan disbursements
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Banking & Finance , Economics , Risk or related
3 years relevant CREDIT working experience in a banking or microfinance institution
Clean Class Four drivers licence a MUST
