Job Description
New Sahara Ventures is looking for Corporate Finance Analyst (Leadership Programme) to join the Harare Office team. New Sahara Ventures is the leading Developer and turn-key Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations and Maintenance Contractor for off grid & Grid tied Solar Sys.ms/ Farms in Zimbabwe and SADC.

The role will give the individual the opportunity pursue a career in Corporate finance in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Projects Financial Planning and Analysis
• Providing pricing, valuations and financial analysis through modelling
• Project management, budgeting(CAPEX & OPEX) and client interaction
• Development of target and potential projects
• Creating Sales and management presentations, teasers, dashboards etc
• Liaise with external counter parties (lawyers, sponsors, accountants, etc)
• You will have the opportunity to be part of a growing and successful team, to work on high-profile transactions throughout a number of regions.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate
• Must have Hons in Finance degree or close equivalent from a reputable University
• The candidate will have gained some experience in Corporate development, Corporate Finance or be working towards CFA qualification(s) with strong financial and strategic analytical skills.
• Advanced excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
