Job Description
Consultant to produce project documentation on the impact of a 5 year project that is being implemented in 2 districts of Matabeleland South (Umzingwane and Insiza) whose focus is on the provision of a multi sectoral approach in preventing and responding to Gender Based Violence (GBV)
Duties and Responsibilities
The Consultancy will be responsible for the following deliverables: Document how the programme has been operating since inception; Document testimonials from government officials, traditional leaders and other stakeholders on changes brought by the intervention; Document testimonials from the primary and secondary targets; Synthesize and highlight the successes, lessons, opportunities, and gaps of the integrated approach to reducing GBV; Submission of the draft case study document for EWF for review and input; Submission of a detailed case study for printing of approximately 15 pages profiling project outline, lessons learnt best practices and most significant change stories .
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications, Experience, and a sample of work
Advanced degree in Social Science or related field with experience in development work. A qualification in women’s rights and gender studies will be an added advantage. More than 5 Years’ experience in related work.
