Our client is looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the position mentioned above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with clients and build relationships with them to ensure that their needs are being met
• Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
• Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Oversee a team and ensure that they are providing an exceptional client experience
• Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
• Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
• Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• A degree in marketing or equivalent
• 5 years in a similar role
• Proven experience in a leadership role is required and ability to research
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
• Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Outgoing, Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting-edge client experience
