Job Description
A leading provider of medical aid solutions is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions below.
CLAIMS ADJUDICATORS AND CALL CENTRE OPERATORS
The incumbents will report to the Claims and Call Manager and will perform the following duties, among others;
Pre-authorising treatments for clients over the phone.
Logging and adjudicating claims.
Attending to enquiries /queries.
Qualifications and Competencies
• Five (5) Ordinary Level passes including English Language.
• Holder of a Nursing Diploma or any other related medical qualification.
• Medical experience is an added advantage.
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience in a Call Centre environment is an added advantage.
• Ability to work flexi- hours.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
