Job Description
Logistics and travel arrangements
Vehicle maintenance scheduling
Professional execution of duty
Administration of requisite paperwork
Safety and legal performance of duty
Must be financial and computer literate. Knowledge of basic accounts an advantage
Must be of sober habits, well shaven and jacket and tie character
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensures that the Executive's door is open as you greet him/ them in a professional, sincere manner
• Adjusts the air temperature, if required by the Executive
• Completes collections and deliveries for the Executive if requested
• Abides by road regulations at all times
• Finds a suitable area to park on arrival at a busy urban area
• Pays and parking toll-fees
• Waxes and washes the exterior and interior of the car
• Gets oil changed and fluids checked regularly
• Carries executive material for meetings
• Performs errands for the Executive, and accompanies him to meetings and waits for him until he
finishes meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
Class 1,2,4 & 5
Defensive Driving Certificate
CMED certification
Government Authority
