The candidate should be able to: Recording all procurement proceeding; Preparing monthly procurement plans; Preparing procurement reports in compliance with Pubic Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act [Chapter 22:23]; Preparation of comparative schedules; Compiling and preparing disposal reports; Conversion of requisitions into purchase orders; Sending approved orders to suppliers and expediting processing of the same; Filing of procurement reports, maintaining procurement records and Processing payment of suppliers.

The applicants must have 5 ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics. A Diploma in Purchasing and Supply’ or equivalent and a degree in Purchasing and Supply or supply will be an added advantage. The incumbent must have at least one (1) year post qualification experience. In addition the candidate must be computer literate with a knowledge of pastel. Knowledge of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Pubic Assets Act [Chapter 22:23] is a must and a clean record of service with no criminal record.
