Job Description

Our Client is looking for a bookkeeper to maintain the organisation's key accounting records

Duties and Responsibilities

Data capturing of financial transactions and balancing of books
Cash receipting
Reconciliations of bank accounts
Conducting daily banking activities
Petty cash disbursements

Administrative Duties
Asset listing
Collecting time books from sites for payroll processing

Qualifications and Experience

Accounting Degree or Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounts Level 3
At least two years experience as a Bookkeeper
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices
Ms Office software and Pastel
Skills to capture information accurately
Team Player
