Job Description

CATERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
BLOCKMAN (2 POSTS)
Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out basic cleaning tasks within his or her work station.
Unloads and loading of equipment and food items from delivery vehicles.
Cutting of meat carcasses as per request
Monitoring of all refrigerators and reporting any breakdown.
Helps with food preparation routines such as chopping and peeling vegetables and fruits when needed.
Any other duties as assigned by the head chef.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 3 Ordinary level passes
At least (2) years proven history in Catering operations.
