Assistant Cook- Feruka
SUMMARY The position is responsible for assisting the canteen coo with meals preparation.
Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Cleaning canteen and utensils
• Assisting in meal preparation
• Serving meals and teas
• Deep cleaning
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Health and safety
* Knowledge of standard recipes
* Quality Management System IS02015.
Qualifications and Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 5 "0" level passes including English Language an Mathematics
• Food handler certificate
• A Cookery Certificate
• One-year relevant experience in the catering industry.
