Duties and Responsibilities

The role - what we expect from you:
• Create informative and engaging press releases and press kits. • Develop and publish group staff newsletter. • Manage website content write ups and intranet content development • Manage the Group’s Reputation through daily media monitoring on all platforms and preparing statements in response. • Disseminate marketing editorial content through various media platforms. • Manage and prioritize editorial media opportunities, prepare talking points, speeches, presentations and other supporting material as needed. • Group press conference management. • Perform communication research on competitors. • Edit all copies of Marketing Material.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills and experience required
• Degree in English/ Communication / Marketing or equivalent. • Professional qualification in Communication / Journalism / Marketing. • 5 years’ relevant experience in marketing / communications. • Excellent writing and oral communication skills. • Interpersonal relationship skills. • Technical knowledge and experience in communication. • Computer literacy in MS Office packages i.e. Word, Excel.
