Job Description
Updates and consolidates project work plans in preparation for sharing with project partners.
Collects and inputs information to feed into revisions.
Raises procurement requests in line with procurement guidelines follows up for timely delivery.
Maintains attendance registers and distribution lists of project activities.
Participates and obtains input for drafting of project publications i.e. newsletters, project one pagers and information brochures.
Collects and gathers data, information and materials on ANCP WASH from internal and external sources.
Prepares liquidations for project, travel advances and updates the internal project expense tracking systems
Participates in the development and application of monitoring and evaluation tools and reporting systems.
Qualifications
Recent graduate with Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health Studies, Development Studies or related discipline.
At least 1 year work related experience with an NGO, CBO or charity organization.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
