ADMINISTRATION CLERK X 1
LOCATION: BULAWAYO BRANCH

Duties and Responsibilities

The role – what we expect from you:
 Perform data capturing for approved loans.
 Maintain documents filing system for records retention and retrieval.
 Maintain safe custody of stationery and other consumables
 Attend to customer queries and offer first line assistance, including recording all issues requiring follow up, and track query resolution.
 Assist in the coordination of Office activities.
 Manage the reception area at all times, ensuring good housekeeping and creating a favorable impression as the first point of contact.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills and experience required:
 A relevant professional qualification i.e. Credit Management, Office Administration and Management, etc.
 Degree in Commercial studies or equivalent an added advantage.
 At least 2 years’ experience in financial services.
 Must be well organized, attentive to detail and have good time management skills.
 Computer literacy, ICDL, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
 Good administrative and customer handling skills.
 Technical knowledge and understanding of the micro-finance business.
 Interpersonal and communication skills
