Job Description

The position exists to assist and ensure an efficient and effective workflow of the Organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing internal office supplies stock and ensuring timely placement of orders,
• Managing filing system for important Company documents and records,
• Making travel bookings and arrangements for staff on business travel,
• Scheduling in-house and external events, Consolidating and raising Internal purchase requisitions for procurement
• Ensuring proper specifications for Internal purchase requisitions, Communicating with all service providers, Facilities housekeeping,
• Fleet administration as well as vehicle insurance and licensing,
• Administration of staff canteen and meals provision,
• Administration of office space,
• Administering the asset insurance portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:
A Degree in Business Administration. Clean class 4 driver's licence

Experience:

At least 2 years working experience in similar position.
Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping is a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
