Admin Manager - Cross Country Containers

Wanted is an Admin Manager who has experience in overall management. The incumbent will ensure all administrative issues, primarily in Workshop, are kept up to date and are correctly captured. The role will entail monitoring many issues simultaneously and will need to ensure non are forgotten or not prioritised.

Duties and Responsibilities


Administrative Manager Responsibilities
• Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Liaising between managers, as well as collaborating with other departments, to optimize the data captured in our internal systems
• Overall monitoring of breakdowns crews.
• Overall monitoring of SOPs being followed by Workshop staff.
• Closely coordinating with the Workshop and Stores Manager of the smooth running of the yard.
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Administrative Manager Key Attributes

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Above average MS office skills particularly excel.
• Excellent in Planning
• A team player with leadership skills
