Job Description
ZTS, a subsidiary of the Scientific & Industrial Research & Development (SIRDC), seeks the services of outstanding and results oriented individuals to be part of our dynamic team to fill in the following vacancies that have arisen within our organisation.
Accounts Clerks X 3
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Accountant, the key competencies are:
•Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
•Competency in MS Office and Pastel Accounting software
•Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
•Accuracy and attention to detail
•Aptitude for numbers
•Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
•Data entry and word processing skills
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience.
• Higher National Diploma in Accounting/Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk
• A minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in the manufacturing sector.
