Job Description

STAFF RECRUITMENT – ACCOUNTANT
Winsten Precast (Private) Limited, a top producer of high quality concrete products located in Chitungwiza is seeking to fill the above position with a suitable person who meets the following criteria:

Duties and Responsibilities

 Ensuring the integrity of accounting information
 Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
 Executing financial strategy in support of corporate strategic priorities
 Coordinate and ensure proper implementation internal controls.
 Ensuring accurate and timely production of financial reports.
 Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
 Monitoring budgets against actual performance and reporting major variances.

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree in Accounting and or a professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, ACCA etc.
 At least 5 years’ experience on a similar or related post.
